Ductless mini-split heat pumps in Seattle
For houses heated by oil with no ducts, or by electric baseboard. Small indoor heads in the rooms that matter, one quiet outdoor unit, no walls opened for ductwork.
When to call us
- Electric baseboard heat and high winter bills
- A radiator or oil system with no ducts
- An upstairs that is cold in winter and hot in summer
- An addition or ADU that the main system never reached
How the job runs
- In-home visit with a room-by-room heat check
- A head layout drawn on your floor plan, with where every line set runs
- Written price and timeline
- Install, often one to two days
- Controls set up on the wall and your phone, and a walk through with you
Every stage is photographed and goes into the written record you keep with the house.
What drives the price
Ductless systems are priced by the number of indoor heads, the length of each line set and the outdoor unit size. We show the layout and the price together.
Common questions
Where do the pipes go?
Through one small hole behind each head, then in a covered channel outside, painted to match the siding when you want.
Do I need a head in every room?
No. Most older homes do well with heads in the main living areas and the bedrooms people sleep in. We will show you the trade-off.

Three short questions. We confirm a time, measure the house, and send written options within two working days.
